By accessing or using the 7D BIM website (www.7dbim.in), registering for any course, or engaging with our services in any way, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 7D BIM with respect to your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements.

7D BIM provides professional training programmes in Building Information Modelling (BIM), MEP engineering, and Interior Design, including but not limited to:

• Classroom and online instructor-led training programmes
• Certification preparation aligned with NSDC and Autodesk standards
• Placement assistance and career counselling
• Study materials, project resources, and software access during the programme
• Webinars, workshops, and knowledge-bank articles

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

To enroll in a course you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• Provide accurate and complete personal information during registration
• Complete the enrollment form and pay the applicable course fee

7D BIM reserves the right to decline or cancel any enrollment at its discretion, in which case a full refund of any fees paid will be issued. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date.

Enrollment in a course does not guarantee a seat until full payment is received and confirmed. Batch allocation is subject to availability.

All course fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.

• Full payment must be made at the time of enrollment unless an instalment plan is explicitly agreed in writing
• Course fees are subject to change. The fee applicable is the one displayed at the time of enrollment
• Coupon codes and promotional discounts are subject to validity dates and applicable conditions displayed at the time of use
• In the event of a failed transaction, please contact us before retrying to avoid duplicate charges

A payment confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address within 24 hours of a successful transaction.

Once enrollment is confirmed and payment is received, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or personal circumstances after enrollment
• Inability to attend scheduled sessions
• Partial completion of the programme
• Dissatisfaction with course content or delivery

The only exception is where 7D BIM cancels or permanently discontinues a course batch, in which case a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Upon successful enrollment and payment:

• You will receive batch details and schedule within 48 hours
• Access to study materials and resources will be provided at the commencement of the course
• Software licences provided for training purposes are valid only for the duration of the programme and must not be used commercially
• Attendance requirements may apply; consistent non-attendance may affect certification eligibility
• 7D BIM reserves the right to reschedule or restructure batches due to operational requirements. Enrolled students will be notified with adequate notice

All content on this website and within our training programmes — including but not limited to course materials, videos, presentations, project templates, brand assets, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7D BIM or its licensors and is protected by applicable Indian and international copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use course materials strictly for your personal educational purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or resell any course content
• Record sessions without prior written consent
• Share login credentials or course materials with third parties
• Use our branding, logos, or trademarks without written permission

You agree not to use our services to:

• Provide false or misleading information during enrollment
• Disrupt or interfere with the learning experience of other participants
• Engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour towards staff or fellow students
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
• Use our platform for any unlawful purpose

Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate termination of enrollment without a refund and, where appropriate, legal action.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date content, 7D BIM does not warrant that:

• The services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
• Course content will meet every individual's specific requirements
• Completion of a course guarantees employment or a specific salary

Placement assistance is offered in good faith; specific outcomes depend on individual performance, market conditions, and employer requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7D BIM and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services — including loss of income, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific course giving rise to the claim.

7D BIMreserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
